Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Rambo House does with the information you share with us through rambohs.com or during an engagement.

Information we collect
We collect the details you choose to give us — name, company, email, phone number and the notes you type into our contact form or send by email. We also collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate location and device type.
How we use it
Submitted details are used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare an audit and manage an engagement if you become a client. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand how the site performs and to improve it.
Cookies and analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics and, where advertising campaigns are running, conversion measurement tags. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any part of this site.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that make our business run — for example email, analytics, CRM and hosting vendors — and only to the extent they need it. Client data is never shared between clients.
Client account data
During an engagement we may be granted access to your advertising, analytics, CRM and hosting accounts. That access is used solely to perform the agreed work, is restricted to team members on your account, and is revoked when the engagement ends.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus seven years where tax or contractual obligations require it.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email support@rambohs.com and we will action the request within 30 days.
Security
Access to client and enquiry data is limited to the team members who need it, protected by multi-factor authentication and password management, and reviewed regularly.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date below and, for active clients, notify the primary contact by email.
