Terms of Service
Plain terms covering use of this website and the marketing services we provide.
Effective date: January 1, 2026
Using this website
The content on rambohs.com is provided for general information. Case study figures reflect specific client accounts and are not a guarantee of future performance for any other business.
Engagements and scope
Services are governed by a written proposal or statement of work that defines deliverables, fees, term and cadence. Where that document conflicts with these terms, the signed document controls.
Term and cancellation
Retainers begin with a 90-day initial term and continue month to month afterwards. Either party may end the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Work already performed and media already committed remain payable.
Fees and billing
Retainer fees are invoiced monthly in advance and due on receipt. Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late balances beyond 15 days may pause active work.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to the accounts, assets and approvals needed to perform the work, and to ensure that materials supplied to us do not infringe third-party rights.
Ownership
On full payment, deliverables created for you — content, creative, landing pages and configurations — belong to you. Advertising, analytics and hosting accounts are created in your name. Our internal frameworks, templates and processes remain ours.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform or receive the services.
No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, market conditions and platform policies. We commit to defined activity, professional standards and honest reporting, not to specific rankings, traffic or revenue figures.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
